Frog Sqwad is a co-op friendslop extraction puzzle-platformer with slapstick physics-based gameplay. Developed and published by Panic Stations, the game is planned for release on PC via Steam in 2026.
In Frog Sqwad, you team up with up to eight players as frogs venturing through dynamic, hazard-filled Sewers. The goal is to collect food and complete daily objectives for the demanding Swamp King — swinging, jumping, solving physics puzzles, dragging oversized items, and using your sticky tongue to interact with the environment and your friends.
Throughout runs, collecting and eating food lets your frog grow into a larger Megafrog, which changes how you move and interact in the levels.

🐸 Multiplayer Co-op

👅 Sticky Tongue Mechanics
- Use your frog’s tongue to swing from pipes, grab objects, drag items through levels, and even catapult teammates or food.
🍽️ Extraction and Objectives
- Enter the Sewers, collect food items, and return them to the Swamp to meet daily quotas. Failing quotas may negatively impact progress.
- Food is the central objective in each run, and collecting more allows frogs to grow.
🐊 Environmental Hazards & Creatures
- The Sewers include a variety of hazards and weird creatures that challenge navigation and cooperation.
🐸 Grow Into a Megafrog
- Eating enough food causes your frog to grow larger and become a Megafrog, which rolls and interacts differently with the environment.
🐣 Frogspawn Mechanic
- Taking damage while carrying food can cause you to lose it; taking damage with no food causes your frog to become frogspawn, requiring help from teammates to recover.
🗣️ Voice Chat
- Players can communicate via proximity voice chat, with visual mouth animation for frogs when speaking.
